Meet the Baker!
There is nothing I enjoy more than baking. Call it a passion, hobby, artistic outlet.... OBSESSION 😆 Why do I love baking? Because I love sweets. Other people will crave for spicy, salty, fried, and umami. But me? I only crave for Suga-Suga 😋 My current mission is to cook all the recipes from the Baking Bible cookbook by Rose Levy Beranbaum. I was inspired after I watched the movie Julie & Julia on Netflix where an amateur cook completes all of Julia Child's recipes in 365 days. Since I've never gotten professional training, I feel that by taking on this challenge, I will be able to explore a variety of techniques and practice all the essentials. My weakness? Being overly ambitious at times by taking on too many projects all at once and trying to be piecemeal different recipes together. Since I'm still learning, the best way is to stick with a well-reviewed & tested recipe and make it repeatedly until it comes out perfect every time. A big thanks to all of you w
